In order to go as PER-HKG-SIN-HKG-TPE, OP has to drop the last leg of the Red ticket HKG-TPE and the first leg of the Blue ticket TPE-HKG. CX won't allow this happen as you can drop the remaining legs of a journal but not the starting leg. That rule kills the idea.

That should be easy - fly back to TPE and start the second itinerary.
