Gosh, two years ago and you're still carrying this around in your head? Must have made quite an impression on you. ^ I would reread the thread again.

However, what you consider 'minor behaviour issues' and what I don't necessarily consider 'poor service' (or assault for that matter - are you American?) is open for debate. In that light, we are debating if what the OP experienced should be considered bad service, not if my stylish burgundy trousers are track bottoms or if one is allowed interventions to assist bad parents.
