sorry, should have added, coming from a person who tripped a child over what i consider to be relatively minor behaviour issues in a lounge...i would think you might have an issue with poor service in F....just saying. i mean you decided to assult a child for poor service in the lounge for lounge staff not dealing with the issue..no? that was not you?
