I wouldn't say they were 'fine'. I'd say pretty diabolical and certainly would hate to use Ryanair more than once-yearly.

I'm with BApilotinsider on this one. I think a lot of people fly once and then say 'never again'.

I certainly avoid them at all costs having experienced them becoming less and less pleasant as an airline over the years. In the early 00s when I was pretty much weekly commuting to Tuscany Ryanair was actually very good, but as it started to squeeze me for more and more cash in more and more underhand ways I walked and went to BA at LGW. I often paid a bit more but BA was SUCH a pleasant experience in comparison.

I for one am very glad that Ryanair is not at all convenient for travel to my home in France, and so I am never tempted to go anywhere other than ba.com and easyjet.com for my regular trips to London.
