Problems with Air Europa- experiences?
I flew London-JFK with Air Europa in June and they managed to lose my luggage- I've jumped through many hoops for them such as faxing paperwork (posting or scanning/emailing just wouldn't do), providing all the details etc. After pressuring them publicly through facebook (!) I finally got an answer- they'll compensate 100€, which hardly covers the costs of calling Spain. They simply won't return calls, answer emails etc.
Anyone else had problems with them? How did you deal with them, and did you manage to get a compensation? During one conversation, a girl who didn't know how to answer my questions simply hung up- horrible airline.
