Yes, the fixed (expensive looking) signage remains for now, but the signs at the entrance by the doors showing access requirements, together with the BAA wayfinding signage have been updated to reflect the new names.
If they'd wanted to take the GBL name signs down they would. I predict they'll really rebrand it at the end of the summer schedule when BD ceases to exist.
They've already pulled down the original signage for the lounge - it was called No.1 Heathrow. So it can't be too difficult.
