Thanks to everyone for the info on Skytours. Looks like we are going to avoid them since right now they show up in Skyscanner as over 200€ cheaper then anyone else's prices for the flight, but when you go and book the price jumps up which I think they are hoping that people don't notice (or can't do the math) and just book it.
There really needs to be a way to exclude scam companies like this from the skyscanner engine. It use to be a really good place to search for cheap flights but now it feels like they sold out to these scammer sites (or are just getting gamed by them). Also it's worth noting that if you put in one person you can sometimes get the listed price but if you put in two people then it jumps the price even though it's listed a lot lower in skyscanner.
Seems that skytours, even with the accreditations listed at the top of the page are still some sort of bait and switch type operation.
