I believe the LW would cost you 80k for 2 nights.

If you're looking to save on points, I'd stay at the CY Downtown/Tremont (Cat 6, 60k for the stay). It's in the theater district/Chinatown area, but walkable to Beacon Hill and the water if you're inclined. Cabs would be cheap to both the Kenmore area (Fenway) and Faneuil Hall (Quincy Market).
