I didn't get the email either, but when I log into my account and try to buy miles, it shows the bonus in the drop down menu. So, maybe for everybody. Sometimes the emails are sent in blocks throughout the day so they don't gum up the servers.


Edit: At the top of page it says "As a reward for booking a flight with US Airways in 2012" so maybe only for those with 2012 activity.
