Boarding at SAN to OGG recently, after loading the wheel chairs, the agent called for families traveling with small children, ahead of all the elites and F pax. Nearly half the boarding area took that as their license to board, leaving all the F cabin waiting in the line on the left. The agent never stopped any of the economy passengers with kids all the way up to 10 boarding ahead of the F cabin. By the time we got to the F cabin, half the bins were filled with economy bags.
