I'll just say that from meeting with various people at Air France, I have the feeling that they are much more confident in their success at conveying the sense of urgency to improve the customer experience across the entire company than they were just two or three years ago. For the near term, we should expect some changes to the Premium medium-haul product.

Regarding the specific issue of strikes, the new French law (Loi Diard) that requires staff going on strike to declare themselves individually two days earlier, rather than at the time they are expected to take their service, seems rather useful. It remains to be seen whether it will be circumvented in the case of "hard" strikes.
