Has anyone tried the Travelex Chip & PIN cash passport?

If yes, does it work in the chip and pin only automated machines, at gas stations, subway stations,etc?

FYI: from their site, today, to buy the card in Euros:

$1,000 USD buys 714.30 Euro

from my iPhone app: $1,000 USD converts to 795.20 Euro
