Wow...what an idiot. It takes a special level of intelligence to start flipping switches on a suspected bomb. Maybe the TSA training includes bomb squad training so he knew that component was safe to toy around with the switches since it wasn't connected to other components. Either that or he knew it wasn't dangerous, just like the TSA knows water, toothpaste, shoes, and cupcakes aren't dangerous.
