Since the thread is here, let me add my pinch of pepper.
LH has introduced a fairly strict plan and FAs are resisting it by striking. LH has decided to stand firm.
AF will face the same problem with FAs in a few months as they rejected Transform 2015. Interesting to see what will happen at AF compared to LH.
