Yeah I'd fly out to Komodo for your remaining days. The diving and snorkeling is fantastic, and seeing the Komodo dragon is a once in a lifetime experience. There are also cool boat trips from Lombok to Komodo that take 3-days one way that are highly recommended. Snorkeling on the way, remote islands, etc. Go with Perama tours:

Perama isn't the cheapest but is highly reputable and won't go if say the seas are rough or something.
