Well a "simple vanilla request" is exactly what cx.com should be capable of. Most major airlines I can think of has ability to modify reservation on their websites for simple tasks like change flight date, whether it be revenue or award ticket...
so how useful these phillipne call center is, I don't know, if CX ITEC catches up to the new decade.
