No that's not it. I got through to India right away by denying I'm me (hence no status). Of course agent didn't know how to handle my issue. I had to tell her exactly what to do.

If this has been happening for 2 days it's pretty mind boggling. Paging UA Insider. Your most important customers are being hung up on.
