Last week I simply wanted to change my KA HKG-PVG to an earlier one departing the next morning. The TA who made my booking was off duty already so I called MPC hotline and selected English. I called from the office and could leave as soon as I was done with that. They picked up right away and a couple of minutes later I had my updated itinerary in my mailbox, stating “Manila” in it.

If I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick-up, I’d have been stuck on the phone alone at the office. For a simple standard request, I was satisfied by the efficiency. Hopefully with a bit of time they can handle more complicated specific requests. They maybe just need a bit more time to experience.
