OP here...the child in question is half caucasian-half asian if you think its important.
The growing number of Chinese brats lends to the fact that because of China's one child policy these young boys are spoiled rotten not only by their parents but grandparents as well.
I see them both in YVR and HKG.
Especially when I helped a major university with a recruitment campaign and had to drive there every day for work.
They have the nicest cars as well.
