I made a booking on AC's Mobile App, keyed in my Aeroplan number and when I went to seat assignments I was not given some of the Preferential seatings.

Checked AC.com and no Aeroplan or status listed..... Also wont allow me to make changes to the booking on aircanada.com because it was done through Mobile App.

Long story short, called AC Res to manually get me the preferential seatings.... Was told that my Aeroplan number is in their system (not sure why it did not show up on AC.com) but part of my booking in the seat assignment section says:

"Please note that one or more passengers have a combination of both standard (or complimentary bulkhead Preferred seats) and Preferred seats. Preferred seat charges apply to your entire one-way flight from Seattle (SEA) to Montreal (YUL), including connections. You may select Preferred seats for all portions of your one-way flight, subject to availability."
