You can match info from sites like flight aware with the data provided by eightblack & zol or do the lazy option (like me): Have a look at
www.theeksource.com and go to EK tracker, then search by flight (EK421) and you will see the dates for Jan with 777-300ER with 12 seats in F -> poor seating in J as well...
The other categories (Flying Emirates & Seat Maps) lists the differences in seating as well
