I don't know... Hilton NRT had several legitimate, advertised sales this year where you could get a room for 5000 JPY. TripAdvisor lists the vast majority of hotels in Narita under $100 per night.
It's still a factor of 5, so a super deal, but NRT does not support Tokyo prices by any stretch of the imagination.
