I'd probably go with the forward for $15K of the spend. Yes, TYP points are worth 1 cent (or 1.33 with Premier), but if you got the premier and the forward, you'd come out with:

Forward Bonus = 10K TYP
Premier Bonus = 50K TYP
Forward Spend = 75K TYP
Premier Spend = 5K TYP

140K TYP x 1.33 redemption rate = $1860 travel value

Without have to deal with a billion CC apps.

The Ink cards would be a great option, as well, though, if you can pull that off.
