Making the system prevent exit row assignment if Wheelchair Request is in the PNR?

On a flight yesterday, this woman who seemed a little slow-moving was sitting at the exit row. Upon getting off the plane, she had a wheelchair waiting for her at the gate.

It got me thinking...wouldn't it make sense for the system to not allow the assignment to exit seat if there is a wheelchair request in the PNR? (No SHARES bashing - I am pretty sure no system does that.)

I know the Wheelchair request is sort of free text (but keyword) based SSR and there can be multiple people in the PNR. Still, it does not seem good when this happens...

Thanks.
