Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and relatively new to the CC rewards club. For the past few years, I was getting 1% cash back on my Citi Dividends and was happy with that. But now I'm obsessed!!

Anyway, I'm getting married next year, and we're going to have it at a country club/golf club. I recently put down a $2000 deposit, and oddly enough, it is billed as a restaurant. My Chase Sapphire Pref gets 2 UR pts/dollar on restaurants, but I want more. I know the Citi Forward gets 5 Thank You pts/dollar for restaurants up to 75K pts/yr (so $15K), but TY points are probably worth a shade under 1 cent. Overall, still a better value than 2 Chase UR points, but is there anything else better? Should I get the Citi Forward just for this? I figure I'll have to pay ~$20K over the next 8 months. Thanks!
