It is ONE itinerary, with one eticket. One booking reference number.

It clearly states the Hawaiian and Island Air flights are codeshares. The latest email change from United states it is a change to my United booking (it was the Hawaiian flight that had changed this time). As I say, it's hard to keep track of the changes, the HNL/LAX flight has changed from a 767, to 757 now 737.

So yes, one itinerary, one eticket, with the return from OGG just a flight change in HNL, departing four hours later. And of course, with the latest change came the added notice of a charge for baggage on the two island hops.
