Dear lady, I think the line of reasoning got a little out of hand. I would however be very surprised if (by exception of course) this would never happen on an airline and ultimately never on BA. I know it happens in restaurants and bars. Why? Because I have seen it happen. The argument is not that this always happens when BA crew are irritated with a pax but that one can never say it never happens and that therefore the OP must be lying.
