OP --- This is the best answer as an e-mail with your very confusing situation is probably a waste of time & energy.
Have all your fact together --- Call MP on Tuesday --- Be very professional & polite and go over each withdrawal, matching them to your present itin's.
Again, be very cool & collected and have all your ducks in a row before you call.
Leave out anything related to the fact that they stole anything from you.
Call -em and please let us know what happened. BTW, a call to MP is usually handled very promptly and professionally if you remain calm and explain everything - one item at a time!
I've had a lot of messed up MP stuff and AlWAYS get things ironed out with a phone call!
