pschafer I don't understand why you are having problems - I use the Australian number very regularly and never have any issues other than I find some of the KF reps a little difficult to understand but they are always extremely helpful - whether you use the Aus number or the Sin number the same reps will answer.

I actually spent 30 mins online to the SYD number yesterday trying to secure an F Saver MEL-SIN-PEK on Oct 8. The site only threw up 218 and 228 ex MEL all that week - 238 just did not show on screen - rep I got was very difficult to understand and I had to continually ask her to repeat what she said - but we got there eventually.

It is however just such a pain in the klakker that you now have to call KF to cancel bookings - was so much easier when you could do it online.
