It's like pulling teeth. They see my 90k pulled for the original award, then they see 90k redeposited. I noted that I also see that, but there us also another debit for 55k on the same day which was the new rate, for the ticket I am currently traveling on and that the 47,500 is a double charge (and in fact I am owed 7,500). It's incredibly frustrating to argue with these people, I feel like they are trained to try to (at least I hope) put up a veil of stupidity in hopes we'll give up.
