I think there's a world of difference between someone sitting in a jump seat in WT and CW.

I would be pretty miffed to have paid for premium seats in WT and have someone sitting looking at me all flight. It's a bit weird to have the crew sitting right across from you on take off and landing, let alone all 9 hours.
