The ability to send new referrals with the 30k offer for both the business and personal card had expired on 8/28/12. All new referrals now feature only 25,000 Starpoints.
People who had previously sent out referral links still see the 30k offer for the Personal Card. People who had existing referral links for the business card sees a message that the campaign is now over.
