Is WN online CS really this bad?
I called to update my companion pass and they ended up spelling her first name wrong. I didn't realize it until after I had booked two tickets and added her as the companion on those tickets. Not a big deal, i thought, i emailed them and said they spelled the name wrong, could they change it and change the name on the tickets. A day later, I got a response back saying they had updated my companion pass. I logged in and the tickets were not updated. I sent another email, saying I had updated my companion pass, the name was spelled wrong, it was updated, but i need to update the tickets, would i need to cancel and rebook or could they update them? Got an email 24 hours later and they only updated one ticket, not both of them. I have now shot off another email to update the second ticket, but seriously, I asked for this in the first email. Do they just do the bare minimum and forget about the rest? I'm guessing I'll have to send yet another email to get a new card mailed out with the name spelled correctly. This is why they need to allow this change online, seems a little absurd to jump through all these hoops.
