I'm asking for help please: Some on here are saying that they still have the capability to refer the Personal card where they would get a 5K referral and the recipient would get the 30K bonus offer, however when I go to my SPG home page and click on the links to refer the Personal card this is what says it offers:

5,000 Starpoints® per approved referral 2

What am I missing, where can I find the link where I can offer a referral where I will receive my 5K bonus and where the recipient will get the 30K offer, not the 25K offer? Thanks in advance for your help.
