BUT as soon as I climbed in, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. So I tried exchanging it, but they said that the best car they could give me was a Chevy Impala!?! I inquired about a '13 MKT sitting on the end of the line with no reservation folder in it, but they said they were holding it for the Labor Day weekend. Argh.

I guess I'll try and swap it tomorrow morning.

Update: They were short on cars this morning, but gave me a Chrysler 300.
