When those guys first came online, I was amazed at some of the tricks they unearthed.
It still exists but many, many car rental companies won't deal with them anymore. The best use of their site is to enter your previously-booked rental reservation (with any company) and they can check for price drops for you. But they have such a limited number of rental companies they can initiate bookings with that this aspect of their service is not very valuable.
