They aren't going to call the cops if you bring back the car back a few hours later than you stated on the reservation.
While fifteen hours is more than a few, it's not fair to the next person waiting for the car if you don't let them know it won't be available when they thought it would.
Funny in the threads about how dare somebody keep a car and not tell them so I don't have a car everybody thinks it's rude not to do it, in threads like this it's perfectly fine.
If you know just let them know.
