It is working _now_. When my folios ostensibly posted for my stays @ the FI SD Old Town two days after my stay earlier this week, the system provided the "View Hotel Bill" link but was unable to pull either of them up. Now I can see that the two rooms we had were linked and asks which folio I want to see. However, there's a bit more language at the bottom of the online folio that's not on the hardcopy that I received at the hotel.
