Way to tell if flight is oversold?

When looking at the number of unsold seats on something like Expert Flyer, is there a way to tell if the flight is oversold?

For example, if I see Y4, I think its good chance the flight is oversold. But what about Y6, Y8? What is the magic number?

What about domestic vs. international?
