When other shuttles have been moved it will likely have clear airspace and circle around the city at low altitue for people to see it.
This is LA so conditions should be fine unless there is heavy smog or wildfires going on nearby.
I hope its clear and not overcast or thick fog , but September is normally one of the Hottest months , because that is when we went back to school !
