Call SQ's Singapore call centre on +65 6223 8888. I know it is international call for you, but use Skype or somesuch.

Great service, mostly pretty professional and helpful agents. Given the shenanigans with their website, they usually are happy to give online 15% discounts for award bookings made on the phone, or waive other charges.
