Assuming Pengapine is referring to a personal or Business card, rather than a Corporate version...

Pengapine proposes to use the American Express $200 credit to partially offset the cost of a United Club annual membership. This complies with the published rules of the benefit. He will have all the benefits of that membership, plus the lounge access provided by American Express. and Priority Pass. (Platinum card members may bring two guests into AA, DL and US lounges at no additional cost.)

.3) US MileagePlus Club card gives Avis President's Club, ..
Is this different than the Avis Preferred membership which is included with the American Express Platinum Card? Platinum also includes Emerald Club Executive, and Hertz #1 Gold.
