Plus better upgrade odds, if that factors in for the days/times you fly. If $370 is a T fare then it won't matter much, but if that's a K fare, it moves you pretty far up the list.

A 200 travel voucher also gives you a lot more options, especially when low-tier award availability isn't there when/where you want to fly.
