As soon as you hit PM, you should be able to go to this page (http://www.delta.com/skymiles/about_...fits/index.jsp) and select your choice benefit.

You'll also probably get an e-mail that tells you it's available a few days after hitting PM, but you don't have to wait for that. As soon as your status says PM you should be able to select one.
