Thanks to all the replies. I appreciate the info on historically which terminal my flights arrive/depart from as that tells me I will most likely have to change terminals. Haven't been to JKF before. And thanks for the tip to check

Changing Terminals on Delta at JFK is easy. In the secure area between Gate 19 (Terminal 2) and Gate 18 (Terminal 3) there is an enclosed walkway. If you are going to/from Terminal 4 there is a post-security shuttle that runs between approximately Gates B25 (Terminal 4), 11 (Terminal 3), and 19 (Terminal 2)
You can also use flightaware.com to find which gates your flights arrive/depart from. Looking at that tells me that in the last 2 weeks DL210 has always left from Terminal 3 (usually either Gate 3 or Gate 10) except for one day when it left from Terminal 4. Delta's non-stop from Phoenix is hit or miss between any of the terminals which makes it impossible to predict this far in advance. The one day DL210 arrived in Terminal 4 so did the flight from Phoenix but it looks like you have a very long layover so I would not worry at all
