Why is there so little written about these companies I wonder?? It's really hard to get information.
BarbaraJH,

I'm not exactly sure how it works with them transferring points, but from what I understand they purchase air-miles & points from corporate organisations (which is completely legal btw) who accumulate millions per year. They then use these to get reward fares for their clients. What you get in the end is either biz or first class flights at a fraction of the cost and please remember, you will not accumulate any air-miles for yourself.

I have now flown with them on 11 international flights with several different airlines (2xUS & Canadian ones included), and never been questioned at check-in or gate. I simply rocked up with my pre-printed boarding pass (downloaded from the airlines website), dropped my bags and away I went.

The L4L thread does have some sceptical comments, which I understand; and I too was in your shoes just over a year back when I first came across them, but I took the risk and never looked back since. Anyway, I can only share my experiences, it's really up to you!

I'm not sure what further information you're looking for, but they have a 'facebook' page with a lot of likes; so might be worth having a look there and asking any questions you have to the people on there?

I hope that helps and lets us know if you do use them or get any other feedback. Would probably be useful to others evaluating their services.
