I have had gates change while in the air from DC to JFK to the point that the crew announced the wrong gate that we will be arriving at (in a different terminal no less). Prague usually departs from Terminal 3. PHX is hit or miss between Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 if it is on a 737 (from time to time it will come into Terminal 2 but 3/4 are more common)
