My Lufthansa fare class P segments just posted from flights taken the first week in July.

After submitting the online form when the initial credit didn't occur, follow up calls to the MPSC and them resubmitting the request, I sent an email with scans of my boarding passes to the [email protected] email address from earlier in this thread. That was about a week ago.

I can't tell if it was the dispute submitted by the MPSC or the follow up email that worked but it appears everything hit correctly, including the fare class bonus.
