Got a nice email from the GM. Tweeter Peeps were (in my opinion) instrumental as well. I spoke to GM before I left the property and told her good and bad experience, had an exchange with Tweeter Peeps (they rock if you ask me!) and someone called me from Marriott in Utah (I was in the middle of a training and stepped out but I can't remember the name).

Anyways... I think GM will make sure maintenance and housekeeping will do better overall for all the guests. She also gave some points (a nice amount I would say) for this series of small issues that by itself wouldn't do it but because they happened during one stay they added up.

I will give this property another try next time I am in town and report back to this thread.

Good to know is that FI&S just South of CY is an option as well. (And road next to it is not as much uphill for running - LOL!)
