Both well overpriced and just not up to standard for what they charge. There are so many good hotels that offer great service now around the area. I suggest contact one of the forums on Taiwan as you will soon find this place charges for one night what the others charge for a week
Just dug out the old invoices we had from a trip last year, this company were a god send in organising the trip to Sun Moon Lake. They speak English very well. Some Canadian guy owns it.
